Hi All,

I noticed on old posted Navigators that there is a walking tour @ 2:30 the first day. Has anyone done the walking tour before? Is it worth it? How long does it last? Where does it start/finish? The reason I am asking is because I have a cruise meet @ 3PM and want to see whether I should try and do both.

Thanks! :-)

Renee

I think the tour was around half an hour. A member of the cruise staff leads you to all of the "main" areas of the ship. It is enjoyable, especially if you have never sailed Disney before and are not familiar with the ship. But even if you are, it's interesting.

tour was great for us our first time. it wasnt very long but like said above^^^^ it shows you the "main" parts of the ship

We actulayy didn't find the tour that exciting, probably because we had cruised before and they just reviewed some of the public parts of the trip. I think if it is your first time it would be a really good introduction to the ship.

I had never cruised before, so it was a good way to familiarise myself with the layout, but I was expecting more detail on the ship, fun facts etc. and on our tour there was none of that...maybe because there was only 3 of us?

At least on the 7 nighters there are "Tours" that give more info about the ship. THe Navigators series is about the making of the ship with a Q&A session with some of the ships officers along with a movie on the making of the Magic. There is a walking tour that shows off some of the Art of the Magic. Check out the Personal Navigators for more info on this series.
