How early can you actually board the ship? We want to be in the first boarding. Thanks

People seem to start lining up at 9:30 am - I am not sure what time they let you in the terminal but it is pretty soon thereafter and then you wait for your boarding group to be called.

For our cruise leaving March 1st, they opened the terminal doors at 10 am, began checking people in 11 am, and began boarding at 11:45.
