We will be in Disney for 7 days in March of 2009. We started planning our trip last year and coincidentally my daughters 1st birthday will be during our trip. Does anyone have any suggestions for a great family bday dinner?

Since it's a 1st birthday - I would suggest Crystal Palace. To me - Tigger/Pooh/Eyeore/Piglet seem very "First Birthday" appropriate! :goodvibes

We actually have been there before we had kids for the breakfast....thanks for the suggestion!

We brought my son to Chef Mickeys for his 2nd bday in May 2005 and he received a signed placemat and we purchased a cake from the restaurant(pretty expensive).

We actually went there last year for my 37th bday! LOL My son was 2 and a bit scared. This year he'll be almost 4 so hopefully will love the characters. My daughter won't have a clue!

CM and CP would have been my suggestions, but wanted to mention something you may not have thought of or heard about, if the timing is right, you may want to have DD's first haircut at the mainstreet barber shop. We got DD's there when she was 18 months, it was so cute, and they give you "first haircut" embroidered mickey ears, they sprinkled her with pixie dust glitter, it was the best and was only about $14.

Thanks for the idea! We took my son there and it was such a great experience. Didn't get Mickey ears tho, is that something new? :flower3:

DD had her First Haircut on 12-2-2005 (Our actual 10th Anniversary :goodvibes ) Maybe they don't have the ears anymore, it sound like your DS would have been after our DD. Still a great place for a first haircut! Have a great trip!
