1QS for 3 snack ?

Really want to use that option to change 1 QS for 3 snack breakfast. Did somebody try it. If I go th the halls of the boulangerie at Epcot, will I be able to use 1 QS to buy 3 ham and cheese croissant? Really hopping to keep my snacks for food and wine festival, so can I use 1 qs for 3 ice creams bar even If I still have snack credit left?
