1BR villa balconies

Do the 1BR villas have a balcony for both the master bedroom and the living room, or just one of them? We're staying in a 1BR (first time!!) at BCV in April, but also plan to try 1BR villas at other resorts. Thanks!!

I can't answer that for sure for the other DVC resorts, but at OKW, there is an extra large balcony that is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.

Wiser minds will not doubt chime in, but I believe there's only the balcony off the LR at BCV (at least that was the case for us last year). If you had a 2 b/r, there would be a second balcony off the 2nd b/r, which would be a studio when it's a lock-off situation. However, there's probably a whole bunch of variations with dedicated, etc. that come into play...

Both. depends on where the room is and how high up (at BWV anyway). In several trips we have had balconies only off the LR, balconies off the LR and the BDRM, and one huge balcony stretching across both. If memory serves the biggest balcony we had was on the 2nd flr of BWV, right over the Screen Door Mercantile. Could have had a party out there! Oh, right... we did!

At SSR, the balconies for the 1bdrm are off the LR.

OKW balconies are the best. We had a one bedroom at VWL that only had the balcony off the LR and none off the bedroom.

I've had both at BCV. I've been in one with a window in the master bedroom but no balcony. Our most recent stay had one off the master BR, one off the living room, and one off the studio portion (2 BR Lock-off). They were three separate small balconies, but depending on the floor you are on they may be one large connected one.

At SSR we only had a balcony from our living room. We had a 1 BR.

BCV has various combinations. Our last trip we had a balcony that ran the length of the room and had 2 doors one in the master and another in the living room. We have also had 1 bedrooms with just a balcony off the master and windows in the living room.
