I know you can have 5 in a 1B at BLT. If you add a toddler in addition to the 5, what is the age cut off? Is it under 2 or 3?

Under 3 for an "extra" person at all DVC resorts.

And there is plenty of room for a pack 'n play in a BLT 1BR.

Are you sure you really want to pack six people into a one bedroom? How many of the six are adults?

Actually my spouse, myself and almost 2 y/0 and 4 y/ o. My daughter and son in law have a wedding in FL so they will be there a few nights. Since I do not know the nights yet, I was going to add them when they arrive. The 4 y/o will sleep on chair and 2 y/ o probably in pack or play or bed w/ adults. Just wanted to make sure we would not be over limits. Should I add my daughter and SIL's names now or at check in.

That would depend on if you have the dining plan or not. I see no problem with adding them the day before they plan to check in if you aren't doing the dining plan.
