Thanks! I know for a fact that I'm experiencing stress when I'm sleeping because my jaw has been bothering me in the morning from (presumably) keeping it clamped so tight at night while I'm sleeping.. (Something I have never done before..)

At least I have an extra week here now - and can take things slower and ease myself into leaving.. :)

I'm definitely going to check out those links though..:thumbsup2

This might sound silly but get one of those $1 football mouth guards and use it at night, it will help with your jaw and its MUCH cheaper than the TMJ guard that the dentist will try and talk you into if you keep having problems! It will also save your teeth.

Could it be the weather with your back as well?:confused3 Glad your feeling better!

I'm coming out of about 3 weeks of the same thing -- after a week, I went to the doctor. He had me twist, turn, bend, etc., and concluded it was "lumbago." I thought that was an old-timey word for something they had a new name for!

Recommendation: 800 mg. ibuprofen *and* no gym, no bending, no lifting, no tai-chi, etc. I did a 7-mile walk on Saturday and my back didn't like me too much after that. Ditto the 5 hours of walking at MNSSHP on Tuesday night.

He told me it could last up to 4-6 weeks!
