So I was taking a shower today, and my stomache started
hurting. I told my mom that, I feel like throwing up, it hurts
when I walk, things started getting a little bright, and
stomache pain. My mom said I might have to get my appendix
removed. I've only been in surgery once. It might be a false
alarm, but who knows?

Have any of you gotten your appendix removed?

I had my appendix removed on my mom's birthday, September 17th 2006. (I love how I remember the date xD Hahaha)

But the day before, I was feeling basically the same things you are.
Whenever I walked everything would get blurry and I couldn't see and my head throbbed. I literally had to lay down in the middle of the stairs because I couldn't go anywhere. Then when I was at the hospital my face got really pale and I lost all feeling in my right arm, and nearly passed out. But I'm sure things like that are different for everyone.

Best thing you can do is go to the ER and get it checked out. It may get worse throughout the day and that's not good whatsoever.

Oh! That exact same situation happened to me, except I was in bed. I went to the hospital, and they said that I might have appendicitis, but then it ended up being the stomach bug. I hope you're okay!

Ouchie, I hope everything turns out okay.

I thought I was going to have to get my appendix removed last year, I woke up in the middle of the night with a horrible pain in my stomach, it was so bad that I was crying. It finally went away, but I had to take Motrin, and I could hardly walk.

Good News: No surgery! I just had the stomache fever.
