192 points for rent for $11 per point

I have 192 points for rent for $11 per point plus any paypal fees.
174 of these points are at Wilderness Lodge Villas
18 of these points are at Animal Kingdom Villas

These points are ONLY FOR RESERVATIONS AFTER JUNE 1st, 2012
So at this time of year I can only make reservations at my home resorts listed above.

I have had my DVC membership for a long time and have rented points many times over the years. I am totally flexible and want this to be a great experience for you (and for me). Also, I have some references from past renters. I will request you sign a simple rental agreement and can send that to you for review before payment or any commitments.

I will need the following information to check availability:

1. Check-in date (must be at least June 1st, 2012 or later)
2. Check-out date
3. Room type (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom)

June has opened up for reservations at all resorts (or at least the first half of June since today is Nov 15th).
Let me know if you want any other DVC resort and I will check on availability.
