192 east or west??

Can anyone tell me which end is known as 192 east?is it the old town side or the splendid china side?
I am trying to give my dad directions from exit 2 of the greeneway,he needs to head towards 27 and i can't recall which end is which

The east end is the old town side.

The mile markers go from west to east starting at the I27. So if he's travelling east on the 192 the markers should be going up in number.

thanks for that, spelling was not my thing at school, and as ive lived in spain for almost 20 years, here they write as they speak, i get a bit confussed sometimes, the trouble is i know what i mean but nobody else does,
