1900 PF or Cindy's Castle

DH and i are taking our first trip to WDW we want to do a character breakfast. Which one? Cindy's or 1900 PF or both?One more thing- we haven't made any PS yet- if we plan on eating dinner around 7 or 8 should we be o.k.?

We are doing Cindy's, only because of the novelty of eating in the castle (which is more for me than DD, lol!). If I were going with the intent of charcater interaction, I would do 1900 PF, just because of who is there. That's the one with a bunch of characters, isn't it?

I have to add, though, that the passing of the H & V character breakfast is a great loss. We went last weekend and it was just awesome!

I'm sure you'll be pleased with whichever you choose, and you'll have the other one to look forward to on another trip!

Is it just the two of you? You will probably be able to get dinner PS with no problem, just call as soon as possible. As for breakfast, you don't say when in May you are going, but if you are past the 60 day mark, you may not be able to get Cindy's. The main consideration for me would be, do you want to eat breakfast in MK, or at a resort? With 1900 you have the option of going there on a non-park (or, park other than MK) day, while with Cindy's you don't. On the other hand, if you are going on a day that you will be in the MK anyway, you would lose time getting from GF into MK, and you can get so much done the first couple hours the park is open that I would hate to lose any more time than neccessary. I say try for both, you always have the option of dropping one if you can't fit it into your schedule.

I much prefer 1900 PF for breakfast. Better food and service.

As far as dinner PS's go, if you are going during a busy time you'll still want to get PS even if you are planning on eating later.

We liked CRT better than 1900 Park Fare. Cindy and the Prince are in the lobby for a meet and greet at 1900 Park Fare whereas Cindy and the other princesses go table to table for interaction at CRT.

We ate breakfast at 1900PF on Jan1, 2003 and it was fabulous. Food was the best quality I've seen for breakfast at WDW. Make to order omlette bar is a treat along with many other choices. The room is beautiful, CM very attentive and characters and interactions were great. I think we will do it again in June when we return. Plus GF is just beautiful..then on monorail and off to MK or Epcot.
