We will going in Nov ( the day in question is the 14th to be exact). We will be staying at PORS and I have an ADR for 1900 at 11 am. My plan is to take the bus to MK and then the monorail to GF. The park will open at 9 am that morn. Will we have time to run inside to see a few characters at the hub before catching the monorail? I'm not sure how long the ride takes so any help would be great.

Catching the bus from Port Orleans to MK will take the most time, esp if you are getting there for park opening. Get to the bus stop early.

Once in MK you should have plenty of time to walk around before an 11:00 ressie at 1900 PF. The monorail ride is very short.

You are going at a great time---definitely low crowds and wonderful weather. You will have a great time!:

1) As mentioned, you will be fine.
2) Let's check some times
. . . 9:00am - enter MK
. . . 9:00am-10:30am - characters at Square
. . . 10:30am - head to monorail
3) They have 6-8 locations for photos/autographs.

Thanks for the help. We have never been in Nov and where a little worried about the weather, but you have made me feel much better. Thanks for the time line as well. Very helpful.

Actually it might be quicker for you to take a boat to the hotel. We took the monorail and though it's quick it does make more stops as to where the boats are a direct shot and the lines were shorter. Something to think about.
