1900 Park Fare?

Hi again! We dined at 1900 Park Fare on Saturday September 19. It was pretty good, in my opinion. The character interaction was a 10, I'd say the food was about an 8. We checked in 15 minutes prior to our ADR time and waited 90 MINUTES. But once we got in, it was great. Have pictures to post soon!

We ate there on 9/20, our first night at WDW, and enjoyed it. The character interaction was good. No complaints about the food, good variety. I loved the mashed potatoes and paella. Waitress left something to be desired; she was not attentive and couldn't seem to figure out how to separate the bill into 2 (we had 2 rooms). My 3 year old grand daughter loved the experience!

We haven't done dinner 1900 Parkfare but we do have breakfast every time we are there. It's been a tradition of ours since 1995. I have to say that we weren't impressed in 2006 but came back the next year and had a delightful meal. I've heard bad things about dinner and that makes me kind of glad that we have a son who is repulsed by princesses :lmao:

Hi. We went there a month ago and enjoyed it very much. I almost cancelled it because of reading so many bad reviews, and I was very glad I didn't. Our waiter was very attentive, we enjoyed the characters, and we actually liked the food.

We did make a stop at the hotel bar for one drink before dinner which did leave us in a good mood.

I am generally not a fan of buffets, but I really had an enjoyable meal at 1900 for dinner two weeks ago. There was a nice selection; some things better than others, but I seriously had the best Coq au Vin I have ever tasted.

I would say definitely keep it, plus the royal family is a hoot!

It was our last table service supper meal on the free dining plan in August. I enjoyed the meal although it seemed that everytime I went to the buffet the food was running out. Also, like every other character meal, lots of food spilt - someone let the ice cream overflow. The food was better than when we went to Crystal Palace (that was our first supper meal - did not enjoy the food and the server was especially crabby).

We had dinner there in August. When we arrived, I was told we would have a 20 minute wait, that was ok as we were 25 minutes early. Well, we didn't even get 10 steps from the podium our beeper went off. So, off we went to a great dinner, great food and character interaction:) I had ordered the white choc. slipper for my little niece and whoever was making it, came to our table and verified everything from my name, the reason and what would be written on the plate. we will go back for sure:) We weren't rushed in any manner. Our server Scott, well he left a lot to be desired, but, it wasn't about him and that was ok:)

You stated that you are reserved for the first dinner seating, can you tell me what time that is? Would anyone know what seating it would be if I have reservations at 4:50? I hope the wait isn't too long - we have tickets for MVMCP. It's good to finally hear so many good reviews about this dinner, it looked pretty bleak there for awhile!
