Thanks for the tips! Based on your comments we will be doing 1900. We don't need the fantasmic package. This is for our arrival day and we were going to be at BLT, so 1900 is just a short monorail ride away. Our ADR for 1900 is early so we will have have plenty of time to make it over to Fantasmic. Thanks again.
Been To H&V - 4 times....
PF - 0 times
CG- 1 time....
Based on the Menu's and "Characters" at PF....I'd still vote for PF...based on their menu and the fact that you get to see the Characters...
I had Prime Rib when I went to CG...I don't see it on the menu now....but they appear to have the carving station at PF.
CG....just wasn't that GREAT of an experience for us. I'd go back if I were staying at YC and needed a convenient TS in the event that I couldn't leave YC for some reason....
But PF seems like more of an "Experience" or "Destination Restaurant" in my Opinion....
Between those two, it's no contest go with 1900 Park Fare. I'd eat DS counter service before I'd go back to Hollywood & Vine. We kept thinking we'd just caught it on a bad night, but after three times we swore never again.
I read the suggestions about the H&V Fantasmic package, but isn't that more than one TS credit? I think it all depends on what time of year you go. If it is before day light savings, you could do Fantasmic and then go to Park Fare for dinner.
