Does it matter what time your reservation is for to see Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine, Anastasia and Drisella? My husband would like to get pictures of the step sisters.

All of the characters do the rounds. We've eaten there about 5 times, and during the typical meal time, we see all of the characters. There's a little show in which Cinderella and the prince dance, and maybe with some guests, so depending on timing, you may miss that. We didn't eat there in '10, so maybe it has changed. We do it again in October.

During the regular dinner time they will be there. We ate there in December, it's one of our favorite character meals!!

I'm pretty sure that they're there all night. But even if you miss Cinderella and the gang you still take pictures with the Fairy Godmother beforehand.

We ate there a few weeks ago and the stepsisters were not there! It was very disappointing. I have also read other's reviews that said they were not there recently. I asked the step mother where they were and she said that they were grounded and had to stay in their room.

If we ever do this dinner again I would have to go right when they open so I can get seated on time. We ate there with our nieces and had a 7pm ressie and were not seated until way after 8pm because (and I quote a CM) other guests were done with their meal but wanted to see the characters again and therefore not leaving their tables.

Agree - PF has fallen terribly behind with seating dinner as the night goes on for a few years now. We've take the dinner off our list, but when DD was younger we planned on at least (minimum, not maximum) a 30 minute wait past our ADR time check-in to be seated - sometimes it was longer. to make matters worse, they added an additional wait time the last couple times we went. They buzzed us, then had us take a picture in front of a hokey looking castle backdrop outside the restaurant with a Photopass photog (and tried getting us to buy a not very special picture for too high of a price at the table), then had to wait a few more minutes standing outside the door to be seated.

It was much more enjoyable in the old days when Piglet, and later Fairy Godmother, would be outside the restaurant to bide some of the wait time.

They should be there all night and they do a show where cinderella and prince charming dance. In december we got seated right where they dance. Cinderella came over to my 4 year old son and danced with him. It made that dinner very magical and put a smile on my sons face the rest of the night.
