Is it still a Pooh dinner? We're looking at Chef Mickey's, liberty tree or this. We've never tried any of them! Am I going to regret skipping Chef Mickey's? DS really likes Pooh, but we don't want to do Tony's. It just doesn't sound appetizing. Please help! Thank you :)

If you DS likes Pooh, then 1900 Park Fare dinner is the place to go. They have a nice children's buffet. The characters seem to make it around to the tables a lot, despite this being a popular dinner. We went in May and Piglet was greeting everyone at the door. The kids seem to really enjoy the characters. Whoever was in Tigger and Eeyore that evening were definitely into the "show." Tigger did a mock sword fight with a young fellow at the table next to us. He/she was hopping with every child who would jump -- it was hilarious. Eeyore kept coming back to our table to give DW a big (and quite LOUD) *SMACK*! This is a really fun dinner and it was great to eat surrounded by children laughing!

We ate at 1900 Park Faire character dinner at the beginning of August. My DD & DNephew really liked this dinner. We were seated early, around 5:15 & the characters made it to our table about 5 times in the hour that we were there. It took the place until closer until 6pm to fill, then the character visits became longer in between. If your DS loves Pooh, I'd say this is the dinner.

Incidentally, we did hit Chef Mickey's for a breakfast on our last day. I really liked the breakfast menu at Chef Mickey's.

I will add my recomendation for 1900 Park Faire. My fiance and I went here for dinner back in Jan. we both really enjoyed the food and the characters.

We also caught the breakfast at Chef Mickey's one morning before taking the monorail to EPCOT. We had fun there with Mickey, Minnie, and Chip and Dale. The food was good there as well, and a hgue selection as well.

I won't mind goping back to either of these sometime in the future, they are not in the plans for this coming Jan, but that is just because we only plan our dinners, and we want to try some new restaurants for dinners.

We may hit CM for breakfast again, this time we will try to make it to MK afterwards ;) Last year we took the bus from OKW to MK and decided to walk over to the contemporary and try to get in CM then we decide to play it by aar more and took the monorail over to GF and walked over to the Wedding Chapel and then to the Poly. After that we took the monorail around to the TTC and the rest is in the post in my signature. So I have found memories of Chef Mickeys as it was a special day, and it was all on a whim to go there.

Sorry for rambling just longing to get back to WDW ;)
