Do the characters:
all some out at once
OR
do the Sisters and Lady Tremaine come first, leave and then Cinderella and Prince arrive after?

Can't decide whether to dress DD in her stepsister outfit, her Cinderella outfit or be one of the crazy moms who change their kids kids outfits during dinner (if the Sisters and Cindy are there at different times). :lmao:

We were there last week and I can't remember who came out first (whether it was Prince Charming or Cinderella)...but, I think it was Prince Charming, then Cinderella, Lady Tremaine, Anastasia, then Drizilla (sp?). They all were circulating the dining room and I think it took about 20-30 minutes for them all to make the rounds to our table. Our entire meal lasted about an hour. I guess you could change her in between character visits, but it might be a little hectic between characters, dinner, and an outfit change.

On our last visit, Cinderella came out first. Five min. later, Prince Charming came out. Each additional character came out after another five minute mark. First, Lady Tremaine, followed by Anastasia, then Drizella. I don't see how you could change outfits in between. There isn't too much lag time from seeing the first character to the next. You may have to wait a bit to see the first character depending on where you're seated and where they start their rounds, but once they start seeing you, the next character follows shortly after. I would pick the one your daughter wants to dress up as the most and go with it. It's a great dining experience!

Like the others have said, you'll have a max of 4-5 minutes between each of the five characters. I think the stepsister outfit sounds fun, and I bet your daughter would get a lot of attention for it.

Thanks for the feedback!
Sounds like how all the other character meals we did were handled. For some reason, I thought I remember reading here that they weren't in the dining room at the same time.

Hmmm. I may just have to make a skirt w/Cindy on one side and the Sisters on the other. She can then twist the appropriate character to the front. :rotfl:

When we were there they had the wicked stepmother and stepsisters making rounds then they "announced" Cinderella & Prince Charming. They did a dance for a few minutes then they started making their rounds while the stepsisters left for awhile. They announced the stepsisters about 30 mins later and then it started all over again. We were there about an hour also and saw everyone and some even came around a second time.

We went there over NYE and the step sisters were not there :( , the fairy godmother was instead.

When we went in Dec 2010, a little girl had on a Drizella dress, well Drizella started screaming look its me, look its me and running around all the tables. Absolutely hilarious! Her and Anastasia were the highlight of the night.

I think it would be tough, even a pain to leave the table to change outfits.... plus, you never know who will be out first depending on when and where you are seated. May sit down and 5 minutes later the stepsisters come out..... or cinderella already out when you are seated and she comes first.
But yes, would be cute to have her in both outfits!

The characters came one after each other. Depends when and where seated who you see first.

I think a stepsister outfit would be more wow factor and get attention.

In October, Lady Tremaine, Anastasia and Drizella came out first. Cinderella and Prince Charming were announced a little while later and after their dance they began making rounds. We encountered Lady Tremaine and the stepsisters twice, Cinderella and Prince Charming once during that dinner.

Lady Tremaine, Anastasia and Drizella MAKE 1900 PF's dinner, in my opinion. I can't help but crack up at their antics.

I agree that the step-sister outfit would cause a great reaction from the sisters! Especially from the sister whose outfit is not being worn by your daughter! LOL!

I did have one idea . . . don't you take a pic with Cinderella before entering the restaurant? If so, your daughter could have on the Cindy outfit for that pic, then you could change her real quick after the pic.

My son chose to eat with Mary Poppins, Alice, The Mad Hatter & Pooh at the breakfast. I want to eat with the step-sisters so bad but it will have to wait for another trip!

No photo with Cinderella prior to dinner at 1900 Park Fare. It's a lovely idea though and one I'd love to see implemented! :cloud9:

I don't remember the order but when we went in 2010 the characters came pretty quickly. DD wore a Drizella dress and she got TONS of attention from both stepsisters and the stepmother. (she had good interaction with Cinderella too)

I would love to do this dinner, but I am outnumbered by males. Would they get a kick out of this too?

Actually, I think this would be the best character meal for your group. My younger DD was absolutely thrilled to have Cinderella come over and ask her to dance, but the rest of us were really one there for Lady Tremaine and the stepsisters. :upsidedow
