1900 Park Fare Dinner Buffet? What's On It?

Can anyone help with this? I'm looking for current selections... the only menus I can find are from the old setup and apparently they've changed it to different country stations? Pictures would help even more TIA!

We were there at the beginning of September and this is what they served:

Carving Station: Roast Beef Strip Loin and Pork Steamship

Hot Line: Chicken Noodle, Tomato Florentine, Daily Soup du Jour, Salmon Filet
with Dill Sauce, Paella, Chicken Coq Au Vin, Chicken Marsala, Gemmeli Pasta in
Bolognese Sauce, Beef Stir Fry, Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes, Jasmine Rice

Kids Station: Roasted Chicken, Cheese Pizza, Whole Grain Elbow Pasta
with Marinara Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, Corn, and Broccoli

I found the dinner to be very disappointing to be honest. I wasnt thrilled about the food. But its worth checking out at least once.
