Questions about 1900 park fare

1) Do you need wait for seating? my reservation is at 8:10am where can I expected to be seated.

2) How do you travel to HS from Grand Floridian?

3) How's the food? are they fresh? clean?

I am not certain I understand the first question. Do you mean do they seat you and where would they seat you? Or do you mean, when you get there, will you have to wait and while waiting where would you sit?

Basically, when you arrive at 1900 PF, you give your name to the hosts. There is a small section of bench seating across from there for those waiting, but would only hold about 10-12 people at most. This leaves many to stand. When they call your name, they have you take a picture in front of a mural and then they will seat you at your table. I am not certain which area you would be sat in as that probably depends on your party's numbers and what is available when you are sat.

As for the food, I found the breakfast to be good and fresh. I really liked the made to order omletes. The restaurant was very clean when I was there.

To get to DHS from GF via WDW transportation, it would be by bus.

Questions about 1900 park fare

1) Do you need wait for seating? my reservation is at 8:10am where can I expected to be seated.

I've never eaten at 1900 Park Fare, but my guess is that you'd be seated fairly soon after checking in - usually (for most places) within about 15 minutes or so after checking in for the meal.

2) How do you travel to HS from Grand Floridian?

I'd assume you'd take the bus from GF to HS, the same as any GF guest would if choosing to go to HS that day.

3) How's the food? are they fresh? clean?

Check out the reviews on AllEars. Everything I've read indicates that it's quite good. The only buffets I've read semi-negative things on are Chef Mickey's and H&V...and even that is subjective.
