1900 park fair vs breakfast at the MK?

You didn't say whether it was CP or CRT at the MK. But, either way, I loved breakfast at 1900 PF. The food was awesome (the chilled strawberry soup and crab eggs benedict are now "must dos"). And, since I am NOT a Pooh fan, it was a no brainer for me

In addition, this is the only place you will get a chance to interact with Marry Poppins, Alice and the Mad Hatter.

My hubby and I love the Crystal Palace at MK. It's one of our favorites. We don't care much for Pooh, but the food is awesome!!! and the restaurant is just beautiful with all the foilage. Did I mention how great the food was!!!
We've been to 1900 Park Fare one time. We really didn't care for it. To us, it was kinda crowded, small and we didn't like the food as much as CP. The good thing was being able to see Mary Poppins, Alice and Mad Hatter. Its the only place to get pics with them, so that was our plus!

Another vote for 1900 Park Fare. It's our favorite character breakfast. The food is good and the variety and interaction of characters is great.

We did 1900 and CP and we LOVE CP!!! 1900 was blech but we did have a later ressie and at CP had a very early one

We did both breakfasts in October, and they were both good. Food was good in both places, but CP was a little more kid-friendly and less fancy. 1900 had ice cream though and HUGE bowls of candies for toppings that I had to hide from my 4 year old. A little too much for breakfast, you know?

CP also has the bonus of being in the MK, so you can make and early ressie and be in the park first thing and get right on the rides. 1900 is more leisurely, the Grand Floridian is beautiful to look at, but it takes more time than CP. Mary Poppins and Alice were wonderful at 1900, but my son liked the parades with the Pooh characters more at CP.

So, it really comes down to how much time you have, whether you want kids to get up and march around, and what characters you want to see. Have fun!
