1900 Park Fair, breakfast, 5/29
Characters present: Pooh, Eeyore, Alice in Wonderland, Mad Hatter, Mary Poppins (lobby only), Meg (lobby only)
This was my favorite breakfast. I would do this again without the characters. The characters were good though. The face characters spent a bit of time talking to the kids and made sure they all got good poises for pictures. The other characters came by a couple of times and played with the kids. This was at the end of our trip and by this time our toddler had warmed up to the characters. They played peek-a-boo, gave high-fives, and anything else he enjoyed. This is the meal to do if you want a variety of characters, have an assortment of ages, or a mix of boys and girls.
The food was really good too. There was a wide assortment of foods and quite a few I hadnt encountered anywhere else in all our trips to WDW. Moreover, it all tasted wonderfully. We did this breakfast more of a brunch and it worked out wonderfully.
Our service here again wasnt great. Just adequate. She was really good about pre-bussing. Maybe a little too good. There was a few times I had to tell her to leave a plateour son was only in the bathroom, not finished. Refills of juice were hard to come by. We had to ask three times and waited quite a bit between asking again. If anything, Id say she was over extended. Nevertheless, it wasnt bad service, just adequate.
