Just wondering which one everyone prefers and why?

We have eaten at Ohanas and we liked it but I would like to try for different characters so just curious everyones opinions.

I haven't been to Ohana but have been to Akerhaus which is also family style, but with that being said, we really enjoyed the 1900 P Fare breakfast. Great assortment and being able to get a fresh made omelet is always a plus.

1900 Park Fare!

I have been disappointed twice at the Best Friends Breakfast at 'Ohana. The first time I was with my niece who is lactose intollerant and the table server decided to tell the other server not to give our table the waffles. I dined at many places that trip with my niece and never have I been denied the food that should have come, they just say that the bread has dairy in it. Just because my niece can't eat it doesn't mean I don't want it-the chef was preparing my niece her own dairy free waffles.

The second time my younger niece and I were not served the fruit plate. I only noticed when they did the parade around the room. When I asked the server why we didn't get one, she replied I needed to request it. The restaurant was not very busy-I booked a late breakfast.

Have not done 1900, but did Best Friends Breakfast at Ohana.

The food was good (the juice was GREAT!) and the character interaction was nice. Our niece really enjoyed seeing Lilo and Stitch.

Plus, the Poly is so nice even during the day.

1900 PF. The character interaction and the food are both much better there than at the 'Ohana breakfast. 1900 PF is my personal favorite breakfast at WDW (closely followed by TH).

1900 PF. I prefer the wider selection and the custom-made omelets. AND the strawberry soup!

We LOVE breakfast at O'hana, but if you have already done it I would do 1900 Park Fare. I do not think you will be disappointed. We took our nephews who were 5 at the time and they loved it. Even my tweens had a good time with the Mad Hatter and Mary Poppins.

We have done both and found the 1900 Park fare more to our liking, but that's just our opinion.

We ate at 1900 and it was great. The food was very good and Mary Poppins and the Mad Hatter were wonderful.

We have done both a few times. I would go with Ohana breakfast - that juice alone is great - but our last meal there was not as good, food temp not as hot and skipped twice by characters (server tracked then down for us). Park Fare has been good - the character interaction between Alice&Mad Hatter was hysterical. You may want to try a new one. BTW, my 2 fav character breakfast are Akershus & Cape May.
