1900 or CP????

i have been racking my brain trying to figure out which ressies for which days and only the last day to figure out now!!! we have a reservation for 1900 park fare breakfast, but after some reading i'm thinking about going with the crystal palace breakfast instead. we are having dinner at CP the first night so i wasn't sure if i wanted to do the same place twice, even though it's a different meal time. now i'm just worried about not getting enough park time after breakfast!!! since it's our last day and the park will be closing early for MNSSHP!! any suggestions???

Howdy fellow Buckeye! We have done CP for breakfast and dinner during the same trip and it's worked out fine. If you've done dinner, you won't be wasting time seeing the characters at breakfast, just eat and go. Unless you are sold on having to see the characters at 1900 for breakfast or unless you can get a super early (7:30am) ressie, you are probably better off to go to CP to maximize your MK time. I would suggest an 8 or 8:15am ressie so that you are done and ready to go for RD.

We are actually doing both of these on our upcoming September trip. We are doing CP breakfast before the park opens (have an 8:05am ADR) which will allow us to get in, eat, visit with Pooh and Friends, and then get out before the park opens. We are also doing 1900 Park Fare breakfast on our last day before we leave (our plane doesn't leave until 7:52pm) so our ADR there is at 8:00am which is also before the park opens. After we eat and visit with the characters we will immediately get on the monorail and head over to MK for the day until it is time to head back to POFQ so we can get on DME to head home.

I vote for doing 1900 for dinner and CP for breakfast.

I haven't done the 1900 breakfast but loved the dinner - both the characters and the food.

But this will give you a chance to do both!

Our family has always had to do the Crystal Palace. We did the 1900 once for breakfast and few times for dinner and can take it or leave it. But CP has to be booked for everytrip. We just love it.

We have done both at dinner and breakfast and prefer breakfast at both places, in fact doing both in Oct and have 8:05am ressies so plenty ofr time. I will say 1900 Park Fare breakfast takes longer if you want to see all the characters.

thank you all so much for the input!!! i'm still torn between what i want!!! aahhh!!! planning for 10 people and trying to please everyone!! DH wants to do 1900 Park Fare whether it's the last day or not, but then that throws off the whole week i've already planned!!! i think the kids will be more pleased doing CP and more time at MK!!!

I would pick CP over 1900 but I've only done breakfast at both. But since you are already going to CP, I wouldn't go there twice even if it will be a different meal.

I haven't had breakfast at either places (not a big fan of breakfast foods) but for dinner CP is one of my favorite restaurants! 1900 was pretty good.
