We ate at both places for the 1st time last week. To me, both those places are about the characters, not the food. The characters at both places were great, so it just depends on who you want to see. We thought the food at 1900 Park Fare was decent. The restaurant was clean. We did have to wait for a long time for a table though. We got there about 20-25 minutes before our ADR and did not get a table until around 30-40 minutes after our ADR. As for dinner at Chef Mickey's, a lot of people love it. We did not. Again, we were about 20-25 minutes early, but they got us right in which was great. However, the night we were there, the floor of the restaurant (both around the tables and at the buffet) was so dirty that my DH did not even want to eat there. I have to admit, it was disgusting. We thought the salad and the desserts were great, but the rest of the food was nasty- and we aren't picky. In fact, my MIL actually threw up within a couple of hours of eating there, and says she will never go back. I watched a kid drop the tongs for the chicken fingers on the floor and much to his mother's horror pick them up and put them back in the food. She told the person behind the counter, but I'm not even sure they changed the chicken out. We won't go back unless DD begs. I don't want to scare you, maybe we just got a bad night. I know a lot of people rave about how great it is, so don't go just by what happened to us.
