1900 for princess dinner

I already made arrangements for this dinner on Sept. 12th.
I was very leary about the move to GFC and changing from buffet to dinner service family style.
Since I have heard that the GFC is to small to have a good character experience and the offerings keep changing???!!
Has anyone heard of any changes to this dinner?
Do you think I should change it to another ressie?
Will it be better because its smaller or worse?

Does anyone have a comment on GFC food. I would bet that would be the facility making the food for this event.
