1900 Fare birthday question

We are going Sept. 16th and my niece will be celebrating her 5th birthday. Do they bring out a cupcake and tiara still?

I have read that some people have had that. We went in June for DD6 birthday, it was noted on our reservation, but she didn't get anything. There is no guarantee a restaurant will do something. We also ate at LTT and they brought her a special dessert and sang to her , so you never know.
