I booked the above on the DDP. I know the buffet will be gone while serving at the GF Cafe and the meal will be preplated...that's my question...preplated with what?

If you do a search of the DISboards (restaurant section, as opposed to the DDP specifically), you'll find that someone recently posted a list of the options for the pre=plated meals.
