We've never been and im debating trying it. Would you suggest the breakfast or dinner? food and character wise? thanks! we have 2 boys so they arent really begging for either mary or cindy haha but Id like to maybe try eating there. In a house of all men I think I deserve a girly disney meal or 2! haha

We didn't care for the food at dinner, but we loved the step sisters as they were hilarious. If I had to choose by food, I'd go with breakfast; by character, I'd go with dinner. With that said, you may try dinner and have a great meal as everyone's opinion is different. Good luck :).

oh wow.. ok hahaha.. hmm ill have to think about that then.. I am more of a Mary fan but the sisters do sound fun! but Id like to have a decent meal too

We have only done breakfast and both of my boys ( 13 and 8 at the time ) likes the characters and the food. My youngest is a many fan, but my oldest liked the mad hatter and tigger. We do have a plans to eat dinner in the future because we have heard that the sisters are great.

I'm sure you will get reviews of the food that are good, but we just didn't care for it. But I will say the step sisters are a hoot. Our DSs are older teens and it was hilarious the way the sisters joked around with them. One of them kept telling everyone that she and my oldest were getting married, all the while holding his arm and not letting go . Even though we didn't think the meal was all that great, we thought it was more than worth it for the characters/entertainment as the step sisters made the evening :goodvibes.

Uuuuuuuuuuh neither. Ate there for breakfast once, food was pretty good, but atmosphere and entire experience, let me just say we couldn't get out of there quick enough and we'd never go back. Heard reviews for dinner there as well. None were very good.

Totally agree !!! We had bfast there last month, and was a one-time only---

The Mad Hatter was funny, and the food was Ok, but we felt so rushed, and really didnt enjoy it--- glad we gave it a try, but wouldnt go back--- especially after having bfast at "Boma", "Ohana", and "Kona" !!

We've done breakfast and dinner there and like both. It's a must do for our family.

We've had great character interaction with the step-sisters and the Mad Hatter. The step-sisters like to "fight" over boys which my son gets a big kick out of.

We've done both (once each) on different trips. I remember feeling especially rushed at breakfast. We were in the first seating of the day. I was specifically looking forward to the Mad Hatter having heard so much about his antics. Wouldn't you know, he wasn't there that day :sad1:. We had Mary, Alice, Pooh, Tigger & Belle (I suppose in place of the Hatter, but she seemed a little out of place to me.) Food is typical American breakfast buffet. We all left full & ready for our day at MK. When we went for dinner we were a late (after 8pm) seating and I don't remember feeling as rushed. After dinner we rode the monorail back to MK for the fireworks. It was a nice way to end our day. The step sisters were good entertainment. My DS (10 at the time) enjoyed them as they pretended to fight over him. I don't think we would necessarily do either one again, but that's more because we were on free dining both prior visits and don't do the DDP anymore. The GF is beautiful so it's nice to look around either way. It may come down to how you plan to spend the day. If you're hoping to hit rope drop, maybe do dinner.

Done both and we MUCH prefer breakfast, food is much better at breakfast and the characters are fun at breakfast. When we did dinner the characters rushed through and the food left a lot to be desired.

We still go for breakfast when we can and usually make a late ADR and never feel rushed. There have been some occasions where we weren't seated until 11:30 and it was much more relaxing and quiet. The characters came by but didn't feel like they rushed through even at the end. The character CM asst. will check to make sure we saw all of them before they head to MK for their parade.:lmao:

agree that its a little rushed...but we loved breakfast (done it a few times) so we tried dinner, having heard about the great character experience. It was SO NOISY that we couldn't even have a conversation. We probably won't be back.

We have only done dinner and we very disappointed. We won't be back. The food was mediocre, at best. Lady Tremaine and the step sisters looked great, but from where we were seated in the room, we were there for an hour and not one of the five characters had made it to our area yet. We ended up just leaving. I believe that the character rotation there must be an issue because that is the only place I have been in that gave you strict character instructions when you sat down. I would try breakfast with Mary because, after all, she is practically perfect in every way! :cloud9:

We've done both on different trips and they were both great. Dinner was much more relaxed and slower paced in my opinion, but I enjoyed the breakfast food better. I would choose to go back to breakfast, but I don't think you can go wrong with either.

We had a lovely breakfast there in 2011. My son enjoyed Alice and Mad Hatter. We had excellent service. We had a late seating...so it was more like brunch.

We did breakfast there in 2011 and are planning on it again for our 2014. The breakfast buffet was yummy and we all enjoyed the characters. Most of our group was adults or teens too "cool" for characters but we all still enjoyed interacting with the characters and getting pictures taken with them.

We had breakfast there 2 years ago and it was fantastic. We didn't feel rushed, the characters took their time and the food was delicious! We plan on going back for breakfast in November.
I have heard that the dinner food wasn't that great.

I agree with this 100%.

Food at breakfast is way better. Dinner food was pretty bad. Although characters are better at dinner, step sisters are so funny! I personally didnt care for the characters at breakfast. Other than mad hatter, i didnt care to see anyone else. Having said that, I'd honestly go with breakfast. The food is far better and even thou im not a fan of the characters, they have a nice variety there: Pooh, Tigger, Mary, Alice, Mad Hatter, not sure if im missing anyone?
