This was in my email:

Please open the attached file that contains your employment paperwork. Please note that your employment paperwork must be postmarked within (3) business days of receipt of this e-mail.

Hey Katie! Have you gotten a response back yet? I hope so :)

Good Grief! I sent mine out 2nd day air last Thursday. It is so nervewracking waiting!

I emailed my interviewer on Friday to confirm they recieved it but I sent it rather late in the day. Here's hoping I hear something Mon.

Woo HOOO!! Just had my interview and I'm hired!!! Thanks to the OP for posting this!!

just curious how long after the interview did you receive the email w/ the paperwork? Also, my interviewer never said a thing about a second phone line being needed....should I have one installed anyway? What is everyone doing? :goodvibes

It took about 30 minutes, but it took like an hour or 2 for another girl that I know. I sent it out USPS 2nd day air and also paid a little extra so I could track it! They never said a word about the 2nd phone line to me either. I e-mailed them and asked if we could use our existing phone line and call our phone company and disable all features such as call waiting, so we will see what she says. I am not doing anything till I hear back from her.

I am having the phone company to come out on Friday and If I can use my exiting phone line that would be great. I am having my training on WEdnesday, and it will save me a bbunch if I can just use what I have. I dont have voicemail so either way is fine with me. It is quite expensive to have the 2nd line (the start up costs that is)

Okay it has been two hours and still no email....should I contact them? Does anyone have the email address?

Hey! Any answer yet??? I would probably wait a little longer. They may just be swamped. Easy for me to say though, I was freaking out just waiting 30 minutes. Keep us posted.

It took a few hours for my paperwork to arrive. Don't worry!

On another note I got my training email today. I have a set up session tomm at 12:00.

Yayyyyyy!

Hmmmm... still no email. I emailed them - waiting to hear back. This is weird. It is still early in New Mexico...hopefully I will hear something soon.

I just got off the phone with my set up training. My training starts next Mon. You can choose 9-2 or 6-11. I chose 6-11 (which is 5pm - 10pm my time), it goes for 2 weeks. Yayy!

So, you had to pay for the long distance call to do the pc set up right?

I have to admit I am a little upset. My interviewer said NOTHING about needing a 2nd phone line, which to me is pretty unprofessional, then being the professional that I am, instead of taking everyone's word for it, I e-mailed them and I got a response back saying that "you must have a 2nd phone line installed or we cant hire you. They seem very unorganized.[/U]

I called from my regular home line which I have unlimited long distance on. My 2nd line I had added is just a live line - nothing else. No extras. Its costing like $10 a month. I agree the hiring process isn't the easiest you kind of have to jump through hoops but the set up call was with the director today and she was very informative. I also heard today they are 24 hrs. I think they need to get everyone on teh same page and with the correct info.

Training is paid though, and its only M-F.
