180 days, when is that official for online

Hi!

We are planning a Disney trip for this December, 28th 2012.

So our 180 mark is officially today, July 1.

When does that become effective so that we can make dinner reservations online?

Any help would be appreciative.

You can start making reservations:

Online 6 AM Eastern time
Phone 7 AM Eastern time

So it is 6am central time & it's still not letting me
