Tomorrow is my 180 days out for our trip. I want to book dining tomorrow. How many days will they allow me to book?

If you are staying at a Disney owned property you can book the length of your stay up to a maximum of 10 days.

If you are booking a split stay, you can book the length of each stay up to 10 days from the check in day of each stay.

In addition to what @purple figment said, if you are staying offsite you can only book each day at 180days in advance
