180 days out - could not get an ADR for Tony's Town Square

I could not get an ADR at Tony's for the entire week we are there - lunch or dinner. Party of 9. There has to be a system glitch right?

We are a large party so I knew I'd run into some issues. Via Napoli for instance we had to pick another day b/c lunch wasn't available for party of 9 on the day we originally wanted to eat there. It was available for 4 days earlier.

I called Disney Dining and asked them to check and she suggested I split up the party. But it is a big restaurant and little chance we'd be near one another. So I called back to get another person and she spoke to her supervisor and neither could figure out why we can't book. They accommodate parties up to 15 people and this is NOT a restaurant that books up!!!

Anyone else run into an odd situation like this. I'll keep trying and certainly it won't ruin the trip if we don't get in. But of all the restaurants I thought I might have issues getting ADRs this was not it!

I'd guess they have no, or very few, tables that can accommodate nine people. There are plenty of reservations available for 8.

It's due to your party size. We tried for 9 too. I believe they cannot accommodate parties of that size. 8 did have availability when I looked but they couldn't accommodate over that. They won't push a certain number of tables together.
