180 day window

When should my 180 day window start? Should it be 180 from when we arrive or 180 days from when our last possible reservation would be? Im going to put the date in a diary so I'm ready to get them in straight away!

If you are staying at a Disney-owned resort, your 180-day window is 180 days from your arrival date and on that day you can make reservations for the next 10 days of your vacation.

If you are not staying at a Disney-owned resort (offsite, Swan & Dolphin, Downtown Disney, Shades of Green, etc.), you can make reservations 180 days out from the day you want to make the reservation for.
