Okay, say we need to book one ADR for every day our 8 day stay in March. Do I have to wait until the 180 day mark from the LAST day of our trip? How is that going to work if you're booking multiple ADR's for different days???

Call 180 days from the day you check in and you can make all your reservations for your stay on that day. Start with the most popular meals, meaning you don't have to go in order. If you want CRT or Le Cellier, start with those and work your way down.

You can now actually do 180+10 if you are staying on-site. This means that starting 180 days from your first day of check in, you can book for up to 10 days of ADRs. For some popular places (like CRT) they hold back ressies until the actual 180 day mark, so lots of folks report not being able to get those at 180+10. If that is the case, just keep calling back.

If you are not staying on-site, you can only book at 180 days from the actual date you want to make the reservation. So if that is the case, you actually have to call every day to book your ADRs (or book them all at once on your last day but you risk having them fill up before then). Does that make sense? JJ

Another fly in the ointment: We're traveling with 2 other families. We arrive on a Sunday, Family #2 arrives on Monday, Family #3 arrives on Wed. Obviously, we'll be eating together; can I go ahead and make ADR's for our entire party?

Yes you can as long as you make them based on your resis and are all eating together at same time.
