180 day Mark on May 3rd.....

My 180 day mark is on May 3rd and I would like to try and get BOG reservations for Oct 30th since we will be going to the party one the 31st ( fingers crossed) what is the best way to go about this online at 6am or 7am I figure I will have to call if I can't get anything online?

Yes, it's best to go online at 6:00 AM, but keep in mind the system is very buggy so may not work (didn't for us last week), in which case you should call at 7:00 AM. I did just go in and check and there was nothing available for Oct 30 at BOG for a party of 2 or 4, but YMMV of course.

You can try at 6AM Eastern time since the online system opens up an hour before the phone lines. Then, if nothing is available you can call at 7AM.

There are a couple of limitations working against you. Since you are not going to the party on Oct 30 your reservation has to be before 7 PM. Also, May 3 is exactly 180 days before Oct 30 so guests who can book the +10 have already had 10 days to book. Unless you are extremely lucky, you will probably have to keep checking online for a cancellation. You can also subscribe to the October cancellation thread on the dining reservations sub-forum.

I thought of that the other night about the OP being able to do their reservations earlier. All i can do is try and keep checking and hoping we will be a party of 6.
