180 day ADRs - Working well or no?

I will be calling on Saturday to make ADRs for our August trip. When I called for our October '05 trip, the day they started 90 + 10 was our 88 day mark and I got everything I wanted. How is the 180 day rule working out for everybody? Are you getting the places you want? We want to go to Le Cellier on our 4th day, but will it be booked up by people who arrive before us and have already been able to book ADRs? Or are people so bogged down in waiting to finalize other details that they aren't calling right on the 180 day mark? Tell me your experiences, please!

I so far have had no problems getting ARD's for everything I want but the problem is that I keep changing my mind ... with the new 180 days out it is just more time for me to change my mind.

Well, yes, then there's that!
I think I called to change our October ADRs seven times, and that was with only 88 days to hem and haw! I could probably change my mind A LOT between now and August! But since we have 5 in our group this time instead of 3 I will probably leave them alone. All 5 of us have gone over the menus and agreed where we want to go, and we have a pretty solid plan for which park on each day. We are having trouble picking a place for dinner at MGM (complicated by not being able to decide if we want the Fantasmic package) and I am waiting for details on the new H&V character meal. The new one isn't a huge factor. If it is breakfast we'll probably go, if it is lunch we probably won't. If we do decide to go I'll just book it for a time we were planning to eat CS.

You will have NO problems getting in at all. I am still calling making changes to our trip which is 77 days out and I am having the picking of times and whatnot...but I am anxiously awaiting the Toy Story meal and hopefully that will work out.
