180 Day +10 - A Couple of Questions

We're able to book our ADR's this week for December.

Does anybody know what the rules are for a split stay? We are checking in to AK on 13/12 for 6 nights then moving to GF for 8 nights. Will I still be able to book the first 10 days?

Also I need to know when I can book our Xmas day meal. Any ideas?

Can I book V & A 180 +10 or do I have to wait until exactly 180 days?

Any adivce would be great

For a split stay, you can make reservations 180 days prior to your check-in date, for 10 full days from that date, even if you're not staying that long.

I'm not sure that V&As participates in 180+10 or not. Sorry.
