As long as you have your reservation number you should be fine. However, the online system has not been working for the +10 lately, so you may be calling. Keep in mind if they can not find your reservation number you may have an old one. Recently during the last upgrade, DVC changed ALL of our reservation numbers. All 7 of mine are now different than the original ones. Not sure if you have a new one or old one, but that might be a glitch if you have problem. You would have to have your DVC person check online and give you the new one if there's a problem.
