180+10 rule and canceling room res

We have a room only res and made ADRs under the 180+10 rule. We now have a chance to stay at a friend's condo for free. If I cancel the room res, will I lose all the ADRs if they were made under the 180+10 rule?

No, your reservations will remain intact. Once they've been made they are not dependent on the resort res.
