180 + 10 question

Today is my 180 day point and I was able to book all my ADRs with the exception of CRT. The CM I spoke with told me that I could not book at CRT until I am 180 days from that particular day due to its popularity. But on another thread, I saw others were able to book CRT ahead of the 180 mark. Should I call back?

I was able to book CRT when I booked all of my other ressies and it wasn't the exact day. There were limited times available and they told me if I wanted a better time I could call back, but I was able to book it.
