180 +10, making adr for extra person?

I'm getting ready to make my ADR's but got to wondering if this is going to be a problem- I will be making reservations for 4 people but currently only have 3 listed on my package (I'm expecting and have not added the baby yet to the booking). So will I be able to do the +10 days for 4 people when I link it to my package?

Doesn't matter how many people are on the package. All that matters for 180 + 10 is that you have a resort reservation number. The dining system can't tell how many people are booked into the resort (and they don't care). And yes, you should include your baby in your ADRs now.
