180 + 10- how does this work?

Our 180 opens on 8/28 but if we get plus 10 it opens earlier. Will the plus ten automatically open on the app or do I call to make reservations? We are staying room only.

If your reservation is linked to MDX, the whole window should open automatically at your 180 day mark on the app and the website.

The +10 means you can book at 180 days for that day and the next 10, not that you can actually start booking 190 days in advance.

LOL I use the AP a lot (honest I do), but I make all of my reservations through calling. I have found that on occasion, there are more options open real time to the reservations specialists. I always double check to ensure I get confirmation. This is especially true for dining reservations. I go first to the AP, and if I get all of my reservations -- great -- however, this past month (when my dining opened up), I did not get all of the times I wanted on the AP (two meals specifically), so I called Disney Dining, and I was able to get the exact times I wanted.
