180+10 days?

I am due to stay at a disney resort. I understand that I can book an ADR for dining 180 days (+10) beacuse i am a disney guest. Does this mean 190 days before my check in day?
Or is it 180 days before my checkin date plus a further 10 days from the checkin date? Hope I have made sense.

180 days from check in (first day) and then 10 days after.
