180+10 ADRs

Hi everyone!

I want to know what criteria is required for making the 180+10 ADRs.

As I understand it, if you are staying off-property or do not have a reservation/package booked when you make that phone call on your 180th day, you must make the ADRs individually, one per day.

But if you have a room-only or a package reserved you can call on the 180th day and make all your ADRs for your trip.

Is this correct?

Thats correct provided your trip is 10 days or less. I come from the UK and we stay for 3 weeks so I have to make a few phonecalls to get all of mine.

I am on hold now trying to make a reservation for my day 12( I made days 1-10 2 days ago and day 11 yesterday) and I am being told I cannot do that. SHe told me I have to call back on Friday to make my 12/31 ressie.
How was I able to make my day 11 ressie yesterday then? I told this to her and she said she is going to flag that ressie for the supervisor to look at the call...so in other words they are going to cancel it??
Anyone have any experience with this?

Call again! Apparently someone got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning!! Maybe even ask for a supervisor if there is a problem.

I did try to call back and the first one must have flagged the reservation, because this one was rude off the bat and said the same thing. I would have to call back on Friday.

A friend of mine was having the same problem yesterday. She wasn't aware she could book her Xmas Day ressie on 18th June. She called yesterday and was told its 28th June. Even though she is onsite for the whole time and checks in on 11th Dec.

I do get a bit fed up when the CMs don't understand the rules.
