$176 RT from Chicago to MCO...TAKE IT OR WAIT FOR BETTER?

Our dates are ideally 12/17-12/26....but can get 12/16-12/25 (8 p.m departure) for $176 on AA, earn more miles and get assigned seating. Do you think I should grab it? I have a courtesy hold 'till tomorrow night.

seems to be having some sort of online special right now- you can get most dec. airfare for $74 each way! It's not that much of a savings, but every little bit helps.

I tried Spirit for those dates and they were higher...not that I think $176 is bad...but was hoping I could knock about $20 off....I have about 11 hours to decide!

I would take the AA ticket. I travel a lot and thats a good deal for that route and for it being christmas. If for some reason american lowers the ticket more they will credit the difference so keep that in mind. I would grab it though.

TAKE IT!!! AA is a good airline, and as you mentioned you get miles and assigned seats. It's also the cheapest fare from Chicago I've seen in ages. I paid $216 for my ticket for December.

Don't risk losing out on the flights you want just to save $20. Remember, you get what you pay for!

take it, i booked spirit when the window open to book for christmas and i paid $167. i check my dates again and now its $250
