175 banked points from 2004 available for 2005

I have 175 banked points from February 2004 use year for use in 2005. My home resort is SSR. It is my understanding that I would have to book the reservation with these points. I would be very interested in these points but I am a first timer! Definatley a verteran to WDW and the resorts though! I need the following:

1 studio Mar 5th - Mar 12th - 123 points
1 studio Mar 5th - Mar 9th - 52 points

looking to rent between February 21 through 25 (M thru F). Prefer Beach Club, Wilderness, Saratoga, Boardwalk (in that order). Should cost 120 points (1 BR Villa). Let me know if your points are still available.

If ABSOLUTELY necessary, will consider taking between Feb 17 and 21 (162 points) at a 1BR Saratoga Villa. I think other resorts cost a bit more (180 points), and you only have 175.
