Is there anything to do for a 17 month old at the water parks? We are trying to decide what the best option is for our family and if it is worth getting the Park Hopper Plus... or the plus options on the park tickets, or just going with the regular park hopper tickets.

We have a 6 year old who would enjoy the water parks, but we want to have something for everyone and I just wasn't sure if the water parks would be worth it or not with our youngest.

According to the Official Guide, there are areas in each water park for "little ones". TL has Ketchakiddee Creek, BB has Tike's Peak, and RC has an un-named (in their book) kids area. I'm sure Disney World has not left out the toddlers. Use lots of sunscreen!!!

Our kids are 5 years apart as well. Our younger one wen to to TL at 11 mos and BB at 20 mos. We like TL better for both our kids. It had more shade, which is important for the baby. ALso more to hold the younger one's interest in the kiddie area.

Get those plusses and have a great time!

If you are staying at a hotel with a nice pool the kids may be happier there. I have a 6 y/o that I know would love BB or TL but when we go in November we are getting regular hoppers (without the plus features) and we will spend a day at the pool to give everyone a reprieve from lines.

As the others have said - if you decide to go to a water park they have special play areas for young children.

The villa we rented has a private pool and hot tub, so we'll have some water time there.

Thank you for the advice, since the water parks do have areas for little ones, I am going to go ahead with the plus options.

Thank you guys!!!:D
