Any suggestions on a "cool" dinner show or place to eat for my young adult daughter and teenage son? They love Disney so a character meal is already planned.. anything else anyone suggests?

what else do they like? any particular food they really like or always wanted to try? Also when will you be there, that might change what's available foodie wise.

Off the top of my head for interesting experiences: hoop de doo review, sci-fi dine-in, 50's prime time, Be our guest (MAYBE), something at Polynesian, sanaa I really like but depends what they are into. Then you have the different desert parties and fireworks cruises. Lots of choices at epcot.

Sci-Fi and 50s Primetime were my first thought in the parks.

Are you going to Disney Springs...? Places like House of Blues, Bongos, and Raglan Road have live bands.

Depends on their definition of cool

I'm not far from that age now (within 10 years of it) and I always wanted to feel grown up and sophisticated. My favorite meal of my high school graduation trip was California Grill, because I could order "fancy" sushi and it was on the top floor. Similarly I liked Wolfgang Puck's Restaurant because Wolfgang Puck was/is "famous" and I could tell my friends I ate there.

Luau is a dinner show that they both would enjoy. Has something for both of them to look at :)

My DS is about to turn 20 and he like most all of the Epcot Restaurants in World Showcase, they are all Unique and food is good. We also enjoyed the BOG Lunch and we ate in the West Wing.

Me and my sister are around that age and we love ohana and trying new places around world showcase

My two are 19 and 15. They both love House of Blues, Sci-Fi, 50's Prime Time, Hoop Dee Doo, Yak & Yeti, Beaches and Cream, T Rex, CRT (who doesn't love to eat in a castle-LOL) and San Angel.

My 19-year-old loves anyplace with a good steak! He's a huge Disney fan, so character meals are always fun. He also loves BOG (because of the delicious steak), Cape May Café (because of the crab legs), Ohana and Tokyo Steakhouse (because he loves sushi).

So funny Mom2of2!! Thanks everyone I will look the suggestions up and share them with the two "kids"

Just got back from trip with 14 and 17 DS. We enjoyed all of the following TS restaurants:

SciFi
Raglan Road
Biergarten
Yak & Yeti (ask to sit upstairs)
San Angel Inn
Be Our Guest (once was good for us - no need to go back - not bad but not at the top of the list)

In the past Tepan Edo has also been a favorite but we opted to try some new places this trip.
