We will be staying at WH for our 2nd time at Mickey's Safari Condo and we can't wait! But don't make it sould too great as they'll be less places available at WH next time we go-

Just wanted to add that I am really enjoying your trip report. Everyday I am happier and happier that we chose WH instead of onsite. This just reinforces it even more. Only 5 weeks to go for us. woohoo.

Thanks for this update. AK is the only reason I'm going to Disney with the whole family, I've never seen and I love animals.

Thanks. That's what my husband and I plan to do. My son and DIL and kids have all been there twice in the past two years so they won't spend all their time with us there but that's fine with us. We are staying for 2 weeks off site at a Windsor Hills villa because we didn't want to deal with the crowds and the small rooms also. Your trip report has been most helpful, thanks again.

...those flashy souvenir cups that have strobe lighting on the bottom. They looked cool at first, but then they start to make you feel a little woozy.... we had to turn them off. If you're with someone who has seizures...I'd pass on the cups.

OMG! That's too funny & soo true!! We got them at our local RFC and thought the same thing Sorry you had such a stinky time there

I'd have to say to people....I reccommend eating there once, cause it's cool, but keep your expectations really low, and maybe it will turn out OK. But it's definitely not a "Must-Do".

I would have to agree with you but we are going again next year because the kids just loved the atmosphere and at their age it is all about an exciting place to eat your pizza or chicken. Last time our food was good but the service was terrible and the place was super loud. Any thoughts on a better lunch option for our AK day either on or off property?

Same thing with CRT... I thought once was more than enough but my little girl just loves going into the castle so we are going to try breakfast this next time around.

We ate there our 1st time and my dd was 3 1/2 and she was terrifed of all the animal noises and the gorillas/monkeys moving around. Whenever they'd atart up she'd bury her head in my lap. The food was ok but way overpriced!

Thank you for a great trip report. I'm thinking about staying offsite at easter and just got some quotes from WH condos. It looks like a relaxing place which is what we need.
