16 more days to leave and the only thing that hasn't gotten here is the luggage tags...was told by our travel agent that the luggage is handled by a private company now .... any idea how we can make sure we get them before we leave?

You should receive them by 10 days out, if not just give your name to the ME representative at the airport, they should be able to get you taken care of.
